Produce the diagnostic: We will be drafting the comparison documents, covering your current vs expected day-to-day HR needs, advising on legal risks and recommendations.
Presenting you with the findings documentation This protects both your business and us, the consultants. We’ll discuss what priorities can be established and share with you possible avenues from here.
Communicating clearly with your team: We let you know what HR functions and/or matters are can be provided externally and who to contact for different issues. You get to decide if you act on any of the gaps identified and we will be available for a 2nd yearly diagnostic, also complimentary.
